Looks like I'm all set to leave for Korea on Feb. 22nd.
I wonder if living in a new country will help me break the habit of making the same mistakes over and over again? Probably not, considering the country's rather lax alcohol laws.
Sigh.

PS. I lived in China for 6 months teaching English. they tend to not get drunk--asians in general--therefore I think that you will be ok... It'll rub off on you..

I had a friend who teached English in Taiwan for a year... his story is quite the opposite!
When I was in Japan, I was around plenty of drunk Asians, they just weren't girls gone wild drunk, still reserved.
