That's my "What would I make today if I actually had an oven?" item. Of course, that's assuming I could find the proper cheese, which would take nothing short of a miracle in this country.Yesterday's item was a double batch of chocolate peanut butter brownies, in case you were wondering. And yes, I actually ponder this question everyday.

what kind of cheese would you use for that? I'm sure you can get it, it's just whether you're willing to pay the price....anyhow, you sound so pitiful in this post that I'm rescinding my requirement for you to drop the word 'and' from Macaroni and Cheese...

If I didn't have an oven, I would think to myself... If I had an oven, I would bake Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, or a cake, or maybe some muffins, or cupcakes, or, brownies or peanut butter cookies, or some kind of other baked goodness that I can't think of right now.
you can melt the cheese in the microwave. make your soup, put it in a bowl, add cheese (if you can't get mozzarella, try provolone or swiss)and nuke it until it melts.
I don't have a microwave. In fact, now that I think of it, I don't know anyone in Korea who does. Besides, it's not the same...the cheese wouldn't get all brown and bubbly. But thanks for the suggestion anyway.

actually we barely use it...but I did use it tonight to reheat the chocolate sauce to go with the leftover chocolate sponge pudding that I baked yesterday in my fantastic oven...
