Today the 4 of us went and jumped off the side of a mountain. Except someone, who refused to follow my advice to "hit the ground running," and instead went down the mountain on her face!! I swear, we didn't laugh until we knew she was OK!!!

Some fabulous pics and maybe a video (hint, hint Shells!!) to follow soon. I'm completely wiped out from today!! Goodnight!!

I hit the ground more ways than one . . first I hit the ground with my face, and then I hit the ground running! It's ok though, I seem to like smashing things into my face!
