"Drunkenness is off the charts"
Vilnius, Lithuania - Lithuanian police were so astonished by a breath test that registered 18 times the legal alcohol limit, they thought their device was broken.
It wasn't.
Police said Tuesday that Vidmantas Sungaila, 41, registered 7.27 grams of alcohol per liter in his blood repeatedly on different devices after he was pulled over Saturday for driving his truck down the center of a two-lane highway. Lithuania's legal limit is 0.4 grams per liter.
Sungalia, who was slapped with a $1,110 fine and the loss of his license for up to three years, told police he had been drinking the night before and tried to freshen up by downing a pint of beer for breakfast.

how would a missourian new to seoul meet ya? is there ever a waygook meetup? be there in july.
Well, chances are you'll find me in a bar!! Which part of Seoul are you headed to?
btw, i'd be glad to put together a 'welcome to seoul' gathering for you!!
haha, i'd love it! gotta be honest...no freakin' clue what part of seoul. working with a recruiter (they know it's seoul or bust)...bad idea perhaps??? but anyway, i'll be there, anyway that's what i've told my parents, grandparents, friends, employer, landlord, etc. hoping for a public school type job.
I went through a recruiter and had a really great experience. You'll get a job...they're always hiring foreign teachers!! Email me if you want...I'd be glad to answer any questions!!
